By purchasing our pieces you are agreeing to our terms of sale.
Please note that every item is handmade and will not exactly replicate the item displayed on our website. Your piece will have its own unique characteristics and although equally as beautiful, may vary slightly from the photograph shown
Time frame & turn around
We believe in taking our time to hand craft your piece to the highest possible quality. Each and every piece is made by hand and the time frame to complete an item will vary depending on it’s complexity. We suggest an allowance of 3 weeks after you have placed your payment. Due to the nature practice, we are not able to guarantee any deadlines under three weeks.
Shipping
Shipping within Australia can take up to 5 working days. Shipping to Aotearoa/New Zealand can take up to 10 working days. For the rest of the world - please allow up to 14 working days for your parcel to arrive. Unfortunately we are not able to be liable for items that are delayed, lost or damaged due to the shipping process. Every item will be provided with a tracking number. If an issue is to occur we recommend getting in touch with the postal provider regarding your shipment. We always recommend purchasing shipping insurance - available at check out.
International shipping
You are responsible for paying all taxes and border fees for the country you are importing your piece into. As import requirements are subject to regular change, we are not able to be liable for any issues or hold ups at the destination’s customs control. We recommend checking the import restrictions for your country before purchasing. We are more than happy to provide you with any information customs may require.
Sizing & style
It is your responsibility to correctly select your size and style. We do not offer refunds if you change your mind about a style or if you have incorrectly selected your ring size.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & WARRANTY
craftsmanship
We have confidence in the quality of our materials and craft. However if for some reason your piece is to come apart where craft is concerned, (including, but not limited to, a clasp or a stone becoming loose) within a year of purchase, we will assess the damage and either replace or refund the item. Assessment of damage and decision to issue a refund or replacement item will be issued under the discretion of MURMUR studio.
We cannot replace an item if ~
– There has been an attempt to modify or repair the piece by a third party
– You change your mind about a piece
– Wear or damage that is found to not be at fault of the craft or material but instead poor care,
including, but not limited to, tangled, crushed, scratched or tarnished items.
NOTE: It is your responsibility to care for your jewellery once received.
Third party rights
This contract is between yourself and us. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of these terms.
Changes of these terms
We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Please review our Terms and Conditions regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes that have been made.
